House Rules

No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas (pool & BBQ). Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
No parties—this is a residential area, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

No pets allowed.

*Please make sure you close the bedroom window and balcony door while using the conditioners, and switch everything off when you leave the apartment.

*Please dispose of smelly rubbish promptly. Spare rubbish bags were left for your convenience. The rubbish chute is located on the other side of the lifts, the white door on the right hand side.

🔥 Fire Safety

• No extra guests staying overnight due to fire regulations.

• Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located in the laundry cabinet in the kitchen.

• In case of fire, use the nearest fire exit (located in the corridor). Do not use the lifts.

• Nothing can be stored in the parking space due to fire risk.

Other Important Information

$ No refunds for early departures.
♻️ Recycling: Please use the container under the kitchen sink for recyclables.
